Sleek netted chook run
We got chooks about a year ago and knocked up a temporary yard for them to prevent them escaping. Over that time the idea for a more elaborate run has evolved and I recently completed the first stage of the project, the netted chook run. The next stage will include the planting of several soft fruiting trees that will be espailered so that the area remains functional with the final stage being the addition of a greywater delivery system to irrigate the trees.
