Here are two ways you can contribute to help illustrate permaculture principles at work.
Add to the photolog
If you have taken an interesting digital photo and have a story to tell about how it demonstrates a specific design principle then send it to us. Your image and story will be featured on our home page and in the photolog. This is a great way to share your story with like minded people and link them to your project.
For examples, see the principle descriptions and photolog pages. Send your photos in as jpeg files at about 400 pixels wide / tall for easy uploading and emailing (that's about 14cm at 72dpi).
Contribute to the Permaculture Calendar
If you have taken an outstanding example of a design principle in action your photo could be included in the 2010 permaculture calendar.
We require a high quality digital photo (Six megapixel or above, high resolution jpeg file) in landscape format, that illustrates a principle in two or more ways, accompanied with a story. For an example download a sample of the 2009 calendar.
If you are making a submission for the calendar and the people in the photo are clearly recognisable, you will need to download, fill in and send us this form to obtain their permission.
